What data we collect
When you book on this site: your name, email, phone number, country (optional), any message you write to us, the dates and number of guests of your stay, and the IP address the request comes from.
If you pay the deposit online, your payment details go directly to the payment gateway. We do not receive or store your card details.
What we use it for
To manage your booking and your stay, contact you about the booking by email, phone or WhatsApp, record the deposit payment, prevent misuse of the booking form and meet the legal obligations that apply to us.
Who we share it with
We do not sell or transfer your data. It is known to the hotel and to the providers that help us deliver the service, only for that purpose: the web hosting provider that runs this site, the email service and, if you pay online, the payment gateway.
Your rights
Under Colombian Law 1581 of 2012 you may access, update and correct your data; request proof of the authorization you gave us; know how we use it; revoke the authorization or ask us to delete it when there is no legal or contractual duty to keep it; access it free of charge; and file complaints with the Superintendence of Industry and Commerce (SIC).
How to exercise them
Write to info@hotellaceiba.com.co with your name, your booking code if you have one and your request. We answer inquiries within ten (10) business days and claims within fifteen (15) business days, as the law requires.
How long we keep it
For as long as it is needed for the purposes described and to meet the applicable legal obligations.
